Responsibilities
- Provide warm, efficient check-in/check-out services for hotel guests
- Manage reservations and room assignments using Opera PMS system
- Address guest inquiries and resolve concerns with proactive solutions
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest requests
- Upsell hotel amenities and services to enhance guest experience
- Maintain lobby area cleanliness and professional appearance
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 0-2 years customer service experience preferred
- Basic computer literacy and POS system aptitude
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
