Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Manage the check-in and check-out process efficiently using our Property Management System (PMS).
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries with a professional and helpful attitude.
- Resolve guest complaints and issues promptly to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk and lobby area at all times.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest room readiness.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required for entry-level candidates.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with computers and basic office software (we provide training).
- A valid driver’s license is preferred.
- A positive, energetic, and problem-solving mindset.
