Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.
- Manage the front desk operations efficiently, including answering phones, processing reservations, and handling inquiries.
- Address guest concerns and complaints with empathy and professionalism, escalating issues to management when necessary.
- Process payments and manage cash drawers accurately in accordance with company policies.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are ready for arrival.
- Maintain a pristine lobby environment, including organizing the reception area and restocking amenities.
- Upsell hotel services and amenities to maximize revenue opportunities.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality degree or certification is a plus.
- No prior experience necessary; we value attitude and eagerness to learn over experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Proficiency with computer systems and basic MS Office applications.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
