Responsibilities
- Welcoming guests warmly and handling check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
- Managing incoming phone calls, emails, and correspondence with professionalism.
- Assisting guests with directions, recommendations, and local information.
- Processing payments and maintaining accurate records of daily transactions.
- Resolving guest inquiries and complaints in a calm, solution-oriented manner.
- Maintaining the front desk area and lobby to ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred but not required).
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience is a plus, but we welcome entry-level candidates eager to learn.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with computer systems, including Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.
- Ability to stand for long periods and work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help others.
