Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome: warmly welcome guests upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
- Guest Communication: provide accurate information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to ensure a pleasant stay.
- Problem Resolution: handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with a positive attitude and problem-solving approach.
- Front Desk Operations: manage phone calls, emails, and correspondence professionally using PBX systems.
- Security & Safety: monitor security cameras and access logs to ensure the safety and privacy of guests and staff.
- Administrative Tasks: maintain accurate guest records, process payments, and handle cash handling responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus but not mandatory for entry-level positions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Interpersonal Skills: Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Technical Proficiency: Basic computer skills and ability to learn property management systems (PMS) quickly.
- Availability: Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
