Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with a smile, managing check-ins and check-outs efficiently and accurately.
- Handle phone inquiries, reservations, and special requests with professionalism and courtesy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area and lobby environment.
- Assist guests with local recommendations, directions, and transportation options to enhance their experience.
- Resolve guest complaints or issues promptly to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness and standards.
- Process payments and handle cash transactions with strict adherence to security protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus, but we provide comprehensive training for enthusiastic candidates.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn hotel management software quickly.
- Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
