Responsibilities

  • Check guests in and out of the hotel efficiently, ensuring accuracy in all registration data and billing information.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries, making reservations, and handling special requests with a smile.
  • Manage front desk operations during shifts, including phone coverage and cash handling.
