Responsibilities
- Check guests in and out of the hotel efficiently, ensuring accuracy in all registration data and billing information.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries, making reservations, and handling special requests with a smile.
- Manage front desk operations during shifts, including phone coverage and cash handling.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, ensuring all lobby aesthetics meet our luxury standards.
- Resolve guest complaints or concerns immediately and escalate complex issues to the supervisor.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are ready for arrival.
- Assist in training new staff members and participating in daily briefings.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; some college coursework in Hospitality or Business is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and a professional, friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Basic computer proficiency and experience with property management systems (PMS) is preferred but not required.
- Must be able to stand and move around the lobby and desk for extended periods.
- Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States.
