Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a smooth check-in process.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests efficiently and professionally.
- Operate the front desk computer systems to manage reservations, registrations, and billing.
- Answer incoming phone calls and route them to the appropriate department or guest.
- Assist with concierge requests, including directions and local recommendations.
- Monitor the lobby area to ensure cleanliness and safety standards are maintained.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required; some college coursework in Hospitality is a plus.
- Previous customer service or front desk experience is a plus, but entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong verbal communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn property management software quickly.
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as required.
- A valid driver's license is preferred.
