- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm, professional demeanor.
- Manage the front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and luggage handling.
- Answer and direct phone calls and emails promptly and efficiently.
- Process payments and handle cash transactions with high accuracy.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area and common spaces.
- Assist with administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining guest records.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous front desk or customer service experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with computer systems and standard office software (Microsoft Office Suite).
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
