As a Front Desk Agent on the night shift, you will be the first point of contact for our guests during their stay. You will play a crucial role in ensuring safety, comfort, and satisfaction. If you are reliable, detail-oriented, and ready to shine, we want to meet you.
Responsibilities
- Guest Check-In & Check-Out: Process registrations, verify identities, and issue room keys or security access cards efficiently.
- Guest Assistance: Provide local recommendations, answer inquiries regarding hotel amenities, and resolve guest concerns promptly.
- Security Monitoring: Conduct regular security rounds of the property to ensure guest and staff safety throughout the night.
- Communication: Answer incoming phone calls, take messages, and coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance staff.
- Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk console, handle payments, and maintain an organized workspace.
- Mail & Package Handling: Sort and distribute mail, packages, and faxes to guests.
- Emergency Response: Follow established protocols for emergency situations, including fire alarms and medical incidents.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Experience: No prior hospitality experience is necessary; we train motivated candidates.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Technology: Basic computer literacy and comfort with POS systems or hotel software.
- Professionalism: A friendly, professional demeanor with a strong customer service orientation.
- Reliability: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
