Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-in/check-out processes with precision and efficiency
- Handle reservations, room assignments, and guest inquiries via phone/email
- Process payments and maintain accurate billing records
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to resolve guest issues
- Upsell hotel amenities and services to enhance guest satisfaction
- Utilize property management systems (e.g., Opera) for daily operations
- Ensure lobby area remains pristine and welcoming at all times
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years hotel front desk or customer service experience
- Proficiency in property management systems (PMS) and Microsoft Office
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask effectively during high-traffic periods
- Valid Florida driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
