Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional check-in/check-out experiences for 150+ daily guests
- Manage reservation systems and optimize room allocations for maximum occupancy
- Resolve guest inquiries with empathy and efficiency, exceeding satisfaction metrics
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Process payments and handle confidential guest data with strict compliance
- Upsell premium services (spa, dining, suites) to enhance revenue
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years luxury hotel front desk experience required
- Advanced proficiency in Opera property management system
- Fluency in English; Spanish highly desirable for diverse clientele
- Proven ability to multitask during peak occupancy periods
- Texas Food Handler and Alcohol Service certifications
- Exceptional conflict resolution skills with 95%+ guest satisfaction history
