Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest check-in/check-out experiences with efficiency and warmth
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and occupancy reports with precision
- Handle guest inquiries, resolve complaints, and coordinate services (housekeeping, maintenance)
- Process payments, manage cash drawer, and maintain accurate financial records
- Upsell resort amenities, packages, and local attractions to enhance guest experiences
- Collaborate with housekeeping, valet, and food/beverage teams for seamless operations
- Maintain a pristine front desk environment and uphold brand standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in hotel front desk or customer service role
- Proven ability to multitask in fast-paced environments with attention to detail
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in hotel management software (Opera, etc.)
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification preferred
- Valid Virginia driver's license (for occasional errands)
