Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest check-in/check-out experiences with efficiency and warmth
- Manage reservation systems, room assignments, and occupancy reports
- Resolve guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy
- Process payments, manage billing inquiries, and maintain financial accuracy
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and security teams
- Promote hotel services and local attractions to enhance guest experiences
- Maintain organized front desk operations during peak hours
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification preferred
- 1+ years customer service or hotel front desk experience
- Proficiency in hotel management systems (e.g., Opera, Cloudbeds)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Basic knowledge of Albuquerque tourism and attractions
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
