Responsibilities
- Seamlessly check in/out guests while maintaining exceptional service standards
- Manage reservations and optimize room inventory using Opera property management system
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and empathy
- Process payments and accurately maintain guest folios
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure flawless operations
- Execute upselling strategies to enhance revenue and guest satisfaction
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Proficiency with PMS systems (Opera preferred)
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Valid Oregon driver's license (for airport shuttle duties)
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
