Responsibilities
- Check guests in/out efficiently while maintaining accuracy in all transactions
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and VIP guest requests
- Resolve guest inquiries with professionalism and empathy
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and dining departments
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Uphold brand standards for cleanliness and safety protocols
- Act as local tourism ambassador for Omaha attractions
Qualifications
- Previous hotel or customer service experience preferred
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with hotel management systems (Opera a plus)
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality degree beneficial
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
