Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome: warmly welcome guests upon arrival, check them in efficiently, and ensure a smooth check-out process.
- Front Desk Operations: Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence with professionalism and poise.
- Guest Relations: Address guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly to ensure a 5-star experience.
- Financial Transactions: Process payments accurately using hotel property management systems and handle cash and credit transactions.
- Administrative Tasks: Maintain the front desk area, manage mail services, and update guest profiles.
- Security & Safety: Monitor the lobby area and adhere to all hotel safety and security protocols.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; hospitality certification is a plus.
- Experience: Previous front desk or customer service experience preferred.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel PMS software (e.g., Opera, Micros) is highly desirable.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Interpersonal: Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Availability: Must be able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
