Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage guest registration, check-out, and billing processes using hotel management systems
- Resolve guest concerns with empathy and professionalism, including room issues and special requests
- Coordinate with housekeeping, concierge, and security teams for seamless operations
- Upsell premium amenities, dining packages, and entertainment experiences
- Maintain accurate guest records and confidential information
- Process payments and manage cash handling procedures
Qualifications
- 1+ years hotel front desk or customer service experience required
- Proficiency in property management systems (Opera, etc.)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure situations
- Valid NV gaming license (if applicable to property)
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic knowledge of Las Vegas attractions and events
