Responsibilities
- Check-in guests efficiently and warmly, verifying registration data and payment details.
- Handle reservations, cancellations, and modifications using the property management system.
- Resolve guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
- Manage the front desk area to maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.
- Provide local recommendations and concierge services to enhance the guest stay.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness.
- Process daily reports, reconcile accounts, and maintain accurate financial records.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; hospitality or customer service degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a front desk or reception role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel software (e.g., Opera, Fidelio).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
