Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to company standards.
- Maintain the cleanliness of hallways, lobbies, and stairwells.
- Make beds, dust furniture, vacuum carpets, and replace guest amenities.
- Ensure all linens are fresh and properly folded.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to the supervisor immediately.
- Follow all safety and sanitation protocols.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (8+ hours).
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
- Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude.
- Ability to lift and carry cleaning supplies and equipment (up to 25 lbs).
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Willingness to learn and undergo training.
