Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage guest check-in/out procedures using PMS systems
- Process reservations, modifications, and payment transactions
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints with exceptional diplomacy
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for room readiness
- Monitor security protocols and emergency procedures
- Prepare daily reports and manage key inventories
- Train and mentor new team members on service standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years hotel front desk or customer service experience
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts (nights, weekends, holidays)
- Proficiency in Opera, Fidelio, or similar hotel management systems
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Valid New York State hospitality certification preferred
- Fluency in English; Spanish/Chinese beneficial
- Basic knowledge of NYC attractions and transportation
