Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure, ensuring a welcoming and professional first impression.
- Process check-ins and check-outs efficiently, including verifying identification, processing payments, and assigning rooms.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally to ensure high satisfaction.
- Assist with concierge services, providing local recommendations and coordinating transportation.
- Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the front desk area and the lobby environment.
- Answer multi-line phones, take accurate messages, and direct calls appropriately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience is a plus but not required for this entry-level role.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends, holidays, and nights.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light objects.
