Responsibilities
- Execute smooth and efficient guest check-ins and check-outs using our Property Management System (PMS).
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls and guest inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Address guest complaints or concerns with empathy and resolve issues to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area, lobby, and public spaces.
- Process payments accurately and handle cash and credit transactions in compliance with company policies.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are ready for arrival.
- Uphold the hotel's brand standards and contribute to a positive team atmosphere.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; hospitality or customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and point-of-sale systems.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 20 lbs).
