Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome: Provide a warm, professional welcome to all guests upon arrival and departure, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Guest Assistance: Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with patience and efficiency, escalating complex issues to management when necessary.
- Front Desk Operations: Manage check-ins and check-outs accurately, verify guest information, and process payments using our Property Management System (PMS).
- Communication: Answer incoming phone calls promptly and professionally, answering questions about hotel amenities, local attractions, and dining options.
- Room Preparation: Monitor room status and coordinate with housekeeping to ensure guest rooms are clean, stocked, and ready for occupancy.
- Event Coordination: Assist with event setups and registrations for conferences or weddings held at the hotel.
Qualifications
- No Experience Necessary: We are looking for enthusiastic individuals with a strong work ethic who are willing to be trained.
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills and a polite, friendly phone manner.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to perform tasks accurately and pay close attention to details.
- Computer Proficiency: Basic computer skills and familiarity with technology are preferred but not required.
- Reliability: Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
