Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Greet all guests warmly upon arrival and departure, ensuring a welcoming and positive experience.
- Check-In/Check-Out: Manage the check-in and check-out process efficiently, including verifying identification and collecting payments.
- Phone Operations: Answer multi-line phone systems professionally, directing calls and taking accurate messages.
- Reservations: Assist with room bookings, availability checks, and special requests to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Reception Duties: Maintain the front desk area, handle mail and packages, and manage the guest logbook.
- Security & Safety: Monitor building security, enforce keys policies, and report any maintenance issues to management.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous experience in hospitality, front desk, or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Skills: Strong verbal communication skills and a professional demeanor.
- Technical Proficiency: Ability to learn Property Management Systems (PMS) and basic computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite).
- Availability: Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
