In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for their entire stay. We are looking for individuals who are reliable, detail-oriented, and eager to learn the ins and outs of hotel operations.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure, ensuring a memorable first and last impression.
- Check guests in and out efficiently, managing all necessary paperwork and property management systems.
- Answer incoming phone calls and emails promptly, directing inquiries to the appropriate department.
- Handle cash transactions and manage the front desk cash drawer with 100% accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area at all times.
- Assist guests with local recommendations, special requests, and check-out processes.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.
- Basic computer proficiency is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- A positive attitude and a genuine willingness to learn.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
