Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.
- Manage front desk operations, including answering phones, responding to emails, and processing payments.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve issues with a positive, solution-oriented attitude.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby, reception area, and common spaces.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms and facilities are pristine.
- Assist with hotel events, special requests, and administrative tasks as needed.
- Uphold all hotel policies and safety protocols at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills.
- A positive attitude and a strong desire to learn.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 25 lbs).
- No prior hospitality experience is required; we provide full training.
