Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-in/check-out procedures with efficiency and accuracy
- Handle reservation inquiries and modifications using property management systems
- Resolve guest concerns promptly while maintaining exceptional service standards
- Process payments, manage billing discrepancies, and balance daily transactions
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest requests
- Act as primary point of contact for guest assistance and local area information
- Maintain meticulous records of guest communications and preferences
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Proficiency with property management software (e.g., Opera, Cloudbeds)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask effectively in high-pressure situations
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Basic knowledge of Albuquerque attractions and transportation
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
