Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional check-in/check-out services while maintaining accurate guest records
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and payment processing using Opera PMS
- Resolve guest inquiries and concerns with prompt, personalized solutions
- Coordinate housekeeping, maintenance, and valet services to ensure seamless operations
- Execute upselling strategies for room upgrades, dining, and local attractions
- Maintain security protocols for guest safety and property protection
- Collaborate with concierge team to enhance guest experiences
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk or customer service experience
- Proficiency in property management systems (Opera, Fidelio)
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure situations
- Valid Colorado driver's license with clean driving record
- Flexible availability including weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts
- Basic knowledge of Colorado Springs attractions and activities
- Spanish language skills strongly preferred
