Responsibilities
- Check guests in/out efficiently using PMS systems while maintaining accuracy
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and guest requests with exceptional attention to detail
- Handle billing inquiries, payment processing, and cash management procedures
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and escalate complex issues to management
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and security teams to ensure seamless operations
- Utilize upselling techniques to maximize revenue through room upgrades and ancillary services
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk or customer service experience required
- Proficiency in Opera, Fidelio, or similar property management systems
- Exceptional communication skills in both English and Spanish
- Strong problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution expertise
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification preferred
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean driving record
