Responsibilities
- Manage efficient guest check-in/out processes using our PMS system
- Handle reservation inquiries, modifications, and confirmations
- Address guest concerns with prompt, personalized solutions
- Process payments and maintain accurate transaction records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Operate switchboard for incoming calls and messages
- Assist with concierge services and local recommendations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel or customer service experience
- Proficiency with PMS systems (Opera/Sabre preferred)
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Flexible availability including nights/weekends
- Basic math and cash handling proficiency
- Valid California driver's license (if required for errands)
