Responsibilities
- Provide warm, professional check-in/check-out experiences for resort guests
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and billing inquiries with precision
- Resolve guest concerns promptly while maintaining service excellence
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and valet teams seamlessly
- Utilize PMS software (Opera) for inventory and occupancy management
- Upsell resort amenities and special packages to enhance guest stays
- Maintain accurate shift reports and financial documentation
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Proficiency in property management systems (Opera preferred)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Basic knowledge of hotel operations and guest services
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Arizona driver's license (for valet coordination)
