Responsibilities
- Manage seamless guest check-in/check-out processes using Opera property management system
- Handle reservation inquiries, modifications, and confirmations with precision
- Resolve guest concerns promptly while maintaining service excellence standards
- Process payments, maintain accurate financial records, and manage cash flow
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction
- Execute upselling techniques for room upgrades and premium services
- Maintain organized guest records and confidential information
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience required
- Proficiency in property management systems (Opera, Fidelio, or similar)
- Exceptional communication skills and multilingual abilities (Spanish/English preferred)
- Strong problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution expertise
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Professional appearance and polished interpersonal demeanor
- Valid Florida driver's license and reliable transportation
