Responsibilities
- Manage seamless guest check-in/out procedures with efficiency and warmth
- Handle reservation modifications and inquiries using Opera PMS system
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest requests
- Act as local concierge providing dining, transportation, and attraction recommendations
- Resolve guest complaints with empathy and solution-oriented approach
- Maintain cleanliness and professional appearance of front desk area
Qualifications
- 1+ years hotel front desk or customer service experience required
- Proficiency with property management systems (Opera, Fidelio)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends/holidays
- Basic knowledge of Minneapolis tourism and attractions
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification preferred
- Valid driver's license for errand runs
