Responsibilities
- Check guests in/out efficiently using hotel management systems
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and billing inquiries
- Handle guest requests with professionalism and urgency
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Act as primary information resource for local attractions
- Maintain clean, organized front desk area
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years customer service experience preferred
- Proficiency with hotel software (Opera/Micros)
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Valid Tennessee driver's license (if required for errands)
- Basic math and cash handling abilities
