Responsibilities
- Deliver warm, personalized check-in/check-out experiences using PMS systems
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and guest requests efficiently
- Process payments, handle cash transactions, and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to resolve guest issues promptly
- Operate multi-line phone systems and digital communication channels
- Uphold brand standards through meticulous attention to detail in all interactions
- Assist with valet services and local area knowledge for guests
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Proficiency with Opera, Cloudbeds, or similar property management systems
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments during peak hours
- Valid California driver's license (for valet duties)
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic first aid/CPR certification preferred
- Fluency in English; Spanish proficiency highly valued
