Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service through personalized check-in/check-out experiences
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and billing inquiries
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest requests
- Utilize PMS systems (e.g., Opera, Cloudbeds) for daily operations
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate financial records
- Resolve guest concerns promptly with problem-solving skills
- Execute upselling strategies for room upgrades and amenities
Qualifications
- 1+ years hospitality or customer service experience
- Proficiency with reservation software and MS Office
- Strong communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Flexible availability including nights/weekends/holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic math and cash handling skills
- Positive attitude with attention to detail
