Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service during check-in/check-out processes
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and billing inquiries
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest requests
- Handle guest complaints with professionalism and urgency
- Maintain accurate shift reports and cash handling procedures
- Utilize PMS software (Opera preferred) for daily operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk or customer service experience
- Proficiency in property management systems
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends/holidays
- Valid CA driver's license and reliable transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent required
