As a Front Desk Agent, you'll manage check-in/out processes, handle reservations, and resolve guest inquiries with professionalism and warmth. Our ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments and takes pride in creating memorable stays for international and domestic travelers.
Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage guest check-in/check-out procedures using resort management systems
- Process reservations, modifications, and special requests with precision
- Address guest concerns promptly and escalate complex issues to management
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and billing transactions
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and valet teams for seamless operations
- Process payments and manage cash handling procedures
- Promote resort amenities and local attractions to enhance guest experiences
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service or hospitality experience
- Proficiency with reservation systems (e.g., Opera, PMS)
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure situations
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic knowledge of Tucson tourism attractions
- Spanish language skills preferred
