- Check in/out guests efficiently using our proprietary hotel management system
- Manage room assignments and inventory with precision

- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments
- Upsell premium amenities and services to enhance guest satisfaction
- Maintain security protocols for guest safety
Qualifications
- Previous hotel or customer service experience preferred
- Proficiency in reservation systems (Opera/Micros)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic mathematical aptitude for financial transactions
- Flexible availability including nights/weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Texas Food Handler certification (if applicable)
