Responsibilities
- Perform efficient check-in and check-out procedures for guests using Property Management Systems (PMS).
- Manage guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and empathy to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
- Process all guest payments accurately and efficiently.
- Respond to incoming calls and emails in a timely manner, acting as the primary point of contact for the front desk.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness and standards.
- Provide local recommendations and concierge services to enhance the guest experience.
- Maintain the lobby and front desk area to meet high aesthetic and cleanliness standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous hospitality experience is preferred but not mandatory for the right candidate.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly, welcoming demeanor.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during shifts.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and PMS software (e.g., Opera, Micros) is a plus.
- Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Valid driverβs license and reliable transportation.
