Responsibilities
- Check in/out guests efficiently while maintaining accurate reservation records
- Resolve guest inquiries and concerns with prompt, professional solutions
- Process payments and manage cash drawer operations securely
- Coordinate housekeeping and maintenance requests for guest rooms
- Upsell hotel amenities and local attractions to enhance guest experiences
- Multitask between phone inquiries, in-person interactions, and administrative tasks
- Collaborate with concierge and valet teams for seamless service delivery
Qualifications
- Previous hotel or customer service experience preferred
