Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-in/check-out processes with accuracy and efficiency
- Handle reservations, modifications, and special requests via phone/email/in-person
- Process payments and maintain accurate billing records
- Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and discretion
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for operational excellence
- Utilize property management systems (PMS) for daily operations
- Uphold brand standards and safety protocols at all times
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Proficiency with PMS systems (e.g., Opera, Delphi)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure situations
- Valid Texas driver's license (if required for errands)
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
- Basic knowledge of Austin attractions and transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent required
