Responsibilities
- Greet & Welcome: Provide a warm, professional welcome to all guests and assist with check-in/check-out procedures efficiently.
- Guest Relations: Handle inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure 100% guest satisfaction during their stay.
- Operations Support: Manage the front desk console, process payments accurately, and handle phone calls and emails promptly.
- Communication: Relay important information to housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are ready.
- Security & Safety: Monitor key card access and adhere to all safety and security protocols.
- Information Desk: Provide local recommendations and answer questions regarding hotel amenities and services.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a hotel front desk or hospitality role is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with computer systems (PMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Must be friendly, approachable, and detail-oriented.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift moderate luggage weights.
