Responsibilities
- Manage check-in/check-out processes for guests with precision and warmth
- Handle reservation inquiries, modifications, and cancellations efficiently
- Process payments, manage billing discrepancies, and maintain accurate records
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and valet teams to ensure seamless operations
- Resolve guest complaints promptly and escalate complex issues appropriately
- Utilize property management systems (e.g., Opera, Fidelio) to update guest data
- Assist with concierge services, local recommendations, and special requests
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in hospitality or customer service role
- Proficiency with hotel management software and MS Office Suite
