Responsibilities
- Check guests in and out efficiently using our Property Management System (PMS).
- Provide warm, personalized greetings and assistance to all guests, including resolving any immediate concerns or complaints.
- Answer phones, take reservations, and manage correspondence in a professional manner.
- Process payments and manage guest accounts accurately.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure room readiness.
- Maintain a pristine lobby area and front desk appearance at all times.
- Assist with concierge services and local recommendations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality degree a plus.
- Previous front desk or guest service experience is preferred but not required for immediate hires.
- Strong computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
