Key Duties:
Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Greet arriving guests warmly, check them in efficiently, and ensure a seamless check-out experience.
- Reservations: Manage incoming calls and emails to process reservations accurately using our Property Management System (PMS).
- Problem Solving: Address guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with a solution-oriented mindset.
- Security: Monitor front desk activity and ensure the safety and security of all guests and property.
- Administrative: Handle cash transactions, credit card processing, and post-night audit duties.
- Concierge: Provide local recommendations and assist with valet or parking coordination.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in a hotel front desk role is preferred, but we are open to training motivated candidates for immediate hire.
- Skills: Strong verbal communication skills and a professional, welcoming demeanor.
- Technology: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel PMS software (e.g., Opera, Micros) is a plus.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Appearance: Professional grooming and attire are mandatory.
