Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Provide a warm, professional welcome to all guests and ensure their comfort during their stay.
- Check-In/Out: Process reservations and check-ins efficiently using the Property Management System (PMS).
- Communication: Handle incoming calls and inquiries regarding room availability, local attractions, and amenities with a friendly tone.
- Problem Solving: Resolve guest concerns and complaints promptly to maintain high satisfaction ratings.
- Administrative: Maintain accurate guest records, folios, and daily logbooks.
- Security: Monitor the lobby area and enforce security protocols to ensure the safety of all guests and staff.
- Upselling: Inform guests of special packages and services to enhance their experience and revenue.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in hospitality or front desk operations is preferred.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Skills: Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Computer Proficiency: Must be comfortable with computers and basic software applications.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Appearance: Professional appearance and grooming standards are essential.
- Languages: Fluency in English is required; knowledge of a second language is a plus.
