Responsibilities
- Check guests in and out efficiently, ensuring accuracy in all registration information and payment processing.
- Answer incoming phone calls and emails in a professional and courteous manner, resolving inquiries promptly.
- Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and complaints with patience and a problem-solving attitude.
- Manage the front desk cash drawer and reconcile daily transactions accurately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming lobby and reception area at all times.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction and timely room turnover.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a front desk, reception, or customer service role is preferred but not required (immediate hire available for qualified candidates).
- Must be available for immediate start and flexible with working weekends and holidays.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on guest service.
- Proficiency with computer reservation systems and MS Office applications.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.
- A friendly, outgoing attitude and a passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
