Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression and a seamless check-in process.
- Operational Excellence: Manage the front desk operations efficiently, including check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments using our Property Management System (PMS).
- Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for guests and staff, answering inquiries, taking messages, and coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance departments.
- Problem Solving: Handle guest complaints or issues with grace and efficiency, escalating complex matters to management when necessary.
- Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate guest records, process payments, and manage incoming mail and deliveries.
- Visual Standards: Maintain a pristine lobby area, ensuring it reflects the luxury and professionalism of our brand.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in a front desk, reception, or hospitality role is preferred.
- Professionalism: Exceptional grooming standards and a professional demeanor at all times.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; bilingual candidates are a plus.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong computer skills, specifically proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Property Management Systems.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Attitude: A proactive, customer-focused mindset with a genuine desire to serve.
